Traffic management on the S7 express road Szczepanowice - Widoma

The Szczepanowice - Widoma section is the first of the completed sections of the S7 expressway, which will ultimately connect the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship with the Kraków Northern Bypass. As part of the task, LED and prismatic variable message signs, a weather station, traffic measurement stations, devices monitoring the occupancy of parking spaces at the Widoma rest area, CCTV cameras, automatic event detection cameras and CB transmitters were built. Until the constructed section of S7 is connected with the bypass of the Krakow agglomeration, the operation of the system will be managed locally from OUD Szczepanowice.
