Emergency call boxes in the Podkarpackie voivodeship

TELWAY Sp. z o.o. launched the Emergency Communication System on the A4 motorway in the Podkarpackie voivodeship. The task was completed in the Consortium with companies: TELSAT and PRASKO Construction

As part of the task, 198 emergency call boxes were built on the 160-kilometers section of the A4 motorway from the Tarnów Centrum junction to the PL/UA border in Korczowa. The system is temporarily managed from the Road Information Point located at the headquarters of GDDKiA in Rzeszów. Ultimately, the central module of system will be located in the Traffic Management Center in Sokołów Małopolski which is under construction now. Emergency call boxes were manufactured by TELWAY Sp. z o.o. in cooperation with the French company ERECA.
